Pinnacle has opened up our online Help Desk for all clients. The Help Desk has been designed to aid in managing Computer support requests for not only our South Bend and Elkhart clients, but all of our Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan clients as well. When you need assistance from the Consultants at Pinnacle concerning hardware or software problems, questions or enhancement requests, you can log into the Pinnacle Customer Support Portal and enter a new case, or track cases that have been previously created.[more]
When new cases are entered through the Help Desk, they are being created in Pinnacle’s internal Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Using Dynamics CRM allows Pinnacle to manage cases using a centralized system that is workflow capable. Workflows are leveraged at various stages in the case lifecycle to help manage notifications, tasks, and activities that must be completed to successfully resolve a case. You can also log in and monitor the status of each case that has been entered through the Help Desk.
