Primary Duties of this position include:

• Consult, recommend and implement computer hardware and software infrastructure solutions.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot network and security technologies.
• Assist the sales team by helping clients understand products and services
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain new and existing partner relationship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft back office and front office, servers, and networking.
• Specific experience in a team oriented, cross organizational, geographically dispersed environment. 
• Must be able to design, implement, and support large scale data and voice networks in a complex IT environment. 
• Extensive technical knowledge across a wide range of technical disciples and the ability to maintain this level of expertise in a rapidly changing, technically complex information technology environment. 
• Professional presence in appearance, and in both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Self-managed and Self-motivated professional.
