Development Consultant – 1 Position Available

PINNACLE is viewed in the business community as possessing expert knowledge in the field of application development.  We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with 12 years of experience.  Client demand for our services continues to surge and therefore we are looking to add personnel within our development division.  Because of our diverse client base, our developers enjoy a project environment that is filled with variety. 

Primary Duties of this position include:

• Develop code using .Net related technologies or Microsoft Office Systems Automation and Programming.
• Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
• Use of “best of breed” software design practices including object-oriented design, portability, extensibility and testability to develop efficient and extensible solutions.
• Apply communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and implement systems.
• The successful applicant will be required to work individually with minimal supervision but should also function well as a working member of the Development team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in .Net development or Microsoft Office Systems Automation and programming.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL Server, Windows, and team development practices.
• Professional presence in appearance, and in both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Self-managed and Self-motivated professional.
