ERP Software and Systems Consultant - 1 Position Available

PINNACLE is viewed in the business community as possessing expert knowledge in the computer and system’s consulting arena.  We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with 12 years of experience.  Client demand for our services continues to surge and therefore we are looking to add personnel within our consulting division.  Because of our diverse client base, our consultants enjoy a project environment that is filled with variety. 

Primary Duties of this position include:

• Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
• Providing implementation consulting and on-going support services for the Microsoft Dynamics-GP (formerly Great Plains) software product line along with affiliated products.
• Assist clients in developing and improving business processes and internal procedures.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions with clients.
• Apply communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and implement systems.
• The successful applicant will be required to work individually with minimal supervision but should also function well as a working member of the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in implementing software systems or accounting functions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics-GP or Microsoft Dynamics- CRM a plus.
• Strong accounting or industry experience a plus
• Professional presence in appearance, and in both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Self-managed and self-motivated professional.
