LeSEA Broadcasting
LeSEA Broadcasting is a multi-faceted organization including television and radio broadcasting, located in South Bend, Indiana. LeSEA was founded by Dr. Lester Sumrall, an extraordinary evangelist who had a vision for the future.
WHME-TV (Channel 46) is LeSEA’s local television station. They acquired their Federal Communications Commission license in 1976, and their mission has been to deliver the highest quality family-friendly programming lineup possible, a blend of religion, local sports, and entertainment.
LeSEA Broadcasting has two local radio stations - PULSE FM 96.9, Positive Hit Music, which features contemporary Christian music; and WHME-FM 103.1, which is home to many nationally recognized Bible teaching programs, and also offers interactive talk on current events from a Biblical perspective.
LeSEA also sponsors the World Pulse Festival each August, an all-day, outdoor Christian music festival featuring several top contemporary artists. This past year, the festival drew a crowd of over 50,000.
LeSEA recently became a Microsoft Business Solutions’ client, using the Great Plains product line. Our IT group also assisted LeSEA with an infrastructure upgrade that allows seamless connectivity amongst all their locations - South Bend; Indianapolis; Tulsa, OK; Denver, CO; Honolulu, HI; New Orleans, LA; and Colorado Springs, CO. This allows Great Plains Business Solutions to become an enterprise multi-location solution. The remote location managers are now able to access information easily and process requests at any time.
